* Assist the Chef and cooks with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping).
* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and operate the dishwashing machine.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP procedures.
* Assist with stock rotation, checking in deliveries, and organizing storage areas. * Deliver food trolleys to wards and assist with setting up dining areas.
* Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus.
* A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
